BAEJORA Consulting Services was founded by Evety Ncube Joseph, a Black South African business development and client relationship professional with more than six years of experience across multiple industries.
Her career has been built around understanding people, identifying business opportunities and turning strong relationships into sustainable commercial growth.
Evety's experience includes business development, sales pipeline management, customer service, stakeholder engagement, administration, client relationship management and team supervision.
In a previous Business Development Executive role, she contributed more than R2 million in additional annual revenue, managed more than 100 commercial clients, achieved an 88% client retention rate and supported expansion into new regions.
Her professional experience also includes working with organisations such as Greenpeace Africa, where she strengthened her customer service, communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Her supervisory experience further developed her leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
The Vision Behind BAEJORA
Through these experiences, Evety recognised a challenge facing many entrepreneurs and growing businesses. Businesses frequently need several different service providers for strategy, registration, branding, marketing, websites, day-to-day IT support, networking, technology and growth.
BAEJORA was created to help bridge that gap. Her vision is to build a consulting company where entrepreneurs and organisations can access practical expertise through one professional growth partner.
