Privacy Policy & Data Protection Notice

Effective: 11 October 2026 · BAEJORA GROUP (PTY) LTD · South Africa

1. Who is responsible for your information?

BAEJORA GROUP (PTY) LTD, trading as BAEJORA Consulting Services, is responsible for personal information collected through this website and project enquiries. Contact: info@baejoraconsulting.co.za · 061 527 6743.

2. What information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, project brief, budget, preferred contact method and files or documents you choose to send us. We may also process limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website.

3. Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond to your request, prepare quotations, communicate about a project, deliver contracted services, keep appropriate business records, protect our systems and comply with applicable legal obligations. Enquiry forms are not used to place you on a marketing list unless you separately choose to receive marketing.

4. IT support and device access

Where an IT support request requires access to a computer, software account or business network, we may temporarily process technical information visible or necessary to diagnose and resolve the issue. Access is limited to the agreed support purpose. Clients should avoid sharing unnecessary personal information and should confirm that they are authorised to grant access to the relevant device, account or network.

5. Cookies and analytics

Essential technologies may be used to operate the site. Non-essential analytics are loaded only after you choose to accept them. You can reject analytics or change your choice later through Cookie Settings. See our Cookie Policy.

6. Service providers and cross-border processing

Where necessary, information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, email, analytics, communications or project delivery. Some providers may process information outside South Africa. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate service providers and safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection requirements.

7. How long we keep information

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, project, business-record, legal or security purpose for which it was collected, after which it is deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure. No internet service can promise absolute security, so we avoid making guarantees that cannot be verified.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information we hold about you, ask for correction or deletion, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Contact us at info@baejoraconsulting.co.za to exercise these rights.

10. Direct marketing

We do not treat a project enquiry as permission for unsolicited electronic marketing. Where marketing consent is required, it is requested separately and can be withdrawn.

11. Complaints and updates

If you have a privacy concern, please contact us first so we can address it. You may also have the right to approach the South African Information Regulator. We may update this notice as our services or legal obligations change; the effective date above will show the latest revision.
